I am a 78 year old male with some memory issues that I believe to be normal for a person of my age.

I started to notice the following problems starting aproxamitly 15 years ago:

  1. Difficulty remembering names
  2. Facial Recognition problems
  3. Difficulty with spelling
  4. I have noticed that these impairments have progressed with age

It’s Time To Take Corrective Measures.

The following is a program that I put together with some help.

  1. DAILY PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

Physical activity increases the blood flow to your brain. Try to get at least 150 minutes a week of aerobic exercise. I lift weights daily and do 30 minutes of treadmill – so taken care of.

       2. MAINTAIN A MENTALLY ACTIVE LIFESTYLE

If you work on the computer all day as web developer and blockchain developer as I do it’s taken care of.
